3 Secrets for Managing a Boatload of Transactions

If you're a Gmail user, you are in for a treat! If you're not a Gmail user, keep reading anyway and you might just become a believer :)

What would your business look like if you were able to close more transactions with less effort? What if you could close 2-3 times as many transactions and spend less time managing the paperwork that you do now?

As a transaction coordinator, I close on average 15-20 transactions per month and I do it all through Gmail and a few nifty add-ons that streamline my life and my business. 

The first of these miracles is called ActiveInbox. This little gem is CHEAP ($50/year) and turns my inbox into a magical to-do list. I can create folders that allow me to categorize email with one click. It allows me to add due dates to emails and customize the task even if the subject line isn't clear. This way I can quickly see what's in the email without opening it again. 

My second love is Folio by Amitree. If you're a real estate agent looking for a Gmail solutions - go get it now! There are a ton of transaction management solutions out there - and most of them cost an arm and a leg. The other problem is that they don't easily hook up to your email, so there's lots of logging into different places to find the things you need. Folio is an extension for Gmail and best of all - it's FREE! 

My 3rd secret weapon is called Canned Responses and it's right in your Gmail account. You just have to go turn it on. Do you send out similar emails asking for things or responding to a new lead, etc? Canned Responses will save you a TON of time when you're no longer having to type emails you've typed a thousand time before
